Melissa Perkins

Melissa is a dedicated administrative support professional at Lasting SkinSolutions. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, Melissa brings over a decade of administrative and management experience to her role. Having started her journey with Lasting SkinSolutions as a client, Melissa was so impressed with the staff and caring atmosphere that she knew she wanted to join the team – and she did!

Prior to joining Lasting SkinSolutions, Melissa served as the HR Operations Manager at Reading Hospital for more than 10 years. In this capacity, she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, managed a team, and spearheaded various HR programs and initiatives. Her responsibilities included managing the performance management program for multiple hospital entities, implementing peer review processes, planning and executing employee recognition and rewards events and programs, and overseeing the implementation and administration of electronic employee files and records.

With her past experience, Melissa is a valuable asset to the Lasting SkinSolutions team. She is committed to providing exceptional support – to clients and her teammates – and ensuring that every interaction with Lasting SkinSolutions is positive, memorable, and leaves a lasting impression.

When Melissa is not at work (wait, when is she not at work since she works from home???), she spends time with her husband and two fur babies, Tuna and Guppy. She enjoys reading, painting, and cooking. She’s lived in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Florida, and has enjoyed getting to know new areas and meeting new friends.
