Lip & Mouth Enhancement

Soften & Restore Lips Naturally

Madison Lip Augmentation

Lips are a very important component to an overall look of youth– pursed thin lips can give an observer an impression that they are angry or sad. There is a natural way to soften and restore a youthful fullness to the lips and mouth.

It is important to find a provider that understands the importance of creating a sharp distinct border around the lips but NOT to produce a rolled edge that makes them appear like a duck.

Lip Filler FAQs

If you’re interested in plumping your lips, you might be understandably want your smile to look as natural as possible while getting a full and kissably soft result. Lip filler injections will smooth upper lip lines where lipstick can settle, as well as improve fullness and enhance texture. In addition to volume, you may see some color returning to lips that have paled over time, resulting in a fully rejuvenated appearance.

We offer several options, as fillers have different thicknesses and characteristics that make them better suitable for different treatment goals:

  • Restylane Kysse
  • Redensity
  • Refyne
  • Silikon
  • Revanesse Lips

The most common filler for the lips is a hyaluronic acid (HA) gel which is a naturally occurring sugar in the body that absorbs water and acts as a cushion. When injected in and around the lips, it works to fill in sunken areas and hydrates to create the winning combination of soft, plump skin that looks naturally youthful.

For those desiring long lasting effects, Silikon is a great option that stimulates collagen production which produces a natural looking fullness that can last years.

Typically there is an immediate improvement, with the final results seen within 4-6 weeks after any swelling or bruising has subsided.

Before you receive injections, the lips and surrounding areas will be treated with a topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort. In addition, Hyaluronic acid fillers are mixed with its own numbing agent, so as injections are administered, the numbing effect will increase.

Following your procedure, you may use a cold compress to minimize swelling, as long as you’re careful not to apply too much pressure to the numb area. You should plan to avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours, but by and large you can return to normal activities immediately following treatment.
