Restylane is an injectable gel-like filler substance used primarily to smooth out wrinkles. Other uses include the ability to fill in depressed areas such as the corners of the mouth, smile lines and lip enhancement and redefinition of the lip border. Filling the lip border reduces the small grooves responsible for "bleeding" lipstick, it may also be used to provide a fuller lip.
